let's pretend we were british...

And prance around the room saying "jolly good" and "cheerio!"...

And drink tea with comically imperfect ladylike manners....

And pretend we're royalty, and plan our wedding with Prince Harry....

And conduct British accents with countless errors...

And imagine endless balls at Buckingham Palace...

And discover Doctor Who's TARDIS....

And "keep calm" and "carry on" like the rest of them.

Oh, yes. Let's pretend we were British.

  2. We shall!

Now that my British transformation is complete, I will be stuck speaking in my comical accent and I will not be able to get out of it. I'm doomed.

  4. Yes yes yes yes.
Although I sometimes wish I were british, I'd take my southern accent over a british one ANY day. Anyway, brit's drink tea wrong. >.> So does everyone else who doesn't drink sweet tea.

  5. Oh ya girl, I'm ALL for it!!!! hehe, but pretty much the only way I can talk the best in a Brit accent is when I'm copying William, Anna, Skan, Georgie, Ben or Will, and saying their delightful Narnian lines. :)

So yes. Hopefully in three years I will have enuff money to travel to England, find a lovely little cottage snuggled in a tiny English village, where I will write novels to my heart's content. :D

    Love ya,
    Manda
p.s. where do you find all those "keep calm and yada yada yada" quote/pictures?!? Can I put one of them on my blog? Thanks!

  13. Oh yes. I've been trying to get over my terrible habbit of saying everything with a British accent, but... "Are you alright?"

My friend went to London and said everyone said that -- it means, "How are you going?" ...only she didn't know that, and she was just like, "Uh...yeah?" Haha :)

    Hehe already baggsed Harry ;)

    Luv,emii
