the house i want someday // a guest post

so, there's this house, built by its owner's daddy years ago. it's located somewhere alongside a busy road, somewhere easily passed by. this house sits on a few hundred acres of unexplored land, beauty surrounds it in the form of rusted metal and greenery. it has a spiral staircase, a hall of books, and arches galore. the rooms are filled with old treasures, slowly falling apart as the years go by. the floor is blue and white, wood and tile, the rooms are small but comfortable. the fire place is large and burns bright in the winter, and the large glass and wood door is open to all who come. 
this is the house i want someday.
