these first few days included high heels and lace headbands, artsy cocoa (perfectly complemented the weather, too) and music interviews, spring cleaning and audrey hepburn's how to steal a million (or rather spring working because i'm doing the home insanity workouts instead), discussions about white chocolate and cherry blossoms and nocturnes on the piano. it feels like summer but the lack of heat makes the weather altogether pleasurable. it's days like these that i want to keep, that i want to fold into and wear like skin. and who knows? maybe it'll protect me from getting another tan. so here's to spring. maybe texas will be merciful on us this year.

yes. i was in fry's last night with daddy going to buy a new memory card for my first photography gig today {!!!}, and i stumbled across a stack of lp's by the cash register. daddy, even though he wanted to leave, found 21. and i squealed and danced all the way up to the register. what a sight to see on the security cameras. and yes, i have changed the spelling of hipster to hypster, because i'm just too cool. let's make it the new trend, shall we?
